We offer complimentary shipping on New Zealand and Australian orders over $150. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within New Zealand and 5-10 business days to Australia, depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@realworldnz.com with your order details. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection, excluding shipping costs.
