Refund policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Changed your mind? Get in touch within 30 days and we'll refund your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

We refund what you paid for the products. The original shipping cost isn't refunded — and if your order qualified for free shipping, there's nothing to deduct. Return postage is at your cost.

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's different. You're covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act: we'll cover the return postage and refund you in full, shipping included — whether the item has been opened or not. Send us a photo and we'll sort it out.
